The cathedral city of Tours is forty-five minutes drive, and the fortified town of Loches a mere 12km. We are here to welcome you and to recommend restaurants and places of interest to visit, and to advise you on how to discover the best on offer in the Touraine: castles, shops, markets, broccantes and places of natural beauty to inspire you.             This month's featured Chateau: the nearby chateau of Villandry is a beautiful structure with a famous garden whose flowers and vegetables have been carefully planted to depict heraldic symbols- a feast of colour and form to inspire artistic work!
